I’m Trenton Miller, a real estate agent with LPT Realty. Before this chapter of my career, I spent seven years working for a builder: six in sales and one in operations. That background shapes the questions I bring to a new-construction search, from what is included in a model to how a purchase moves toward closing.

For Del Webb Minneola, my approach starts with your goals. What do you want to spend? What does a workable move date look like? Which parts of daily life would make a community feel like home? Those answers help us narrow the options and identify what still needs to be checked.
