Inside the Vista Club. Outside, a little more Florida.
An open amenity center, new-home choices, and a place to explore your next chapter in Minneola.

The Vista Club
The community’s amenity center is open. The builder’s current page announces the opening, also confirmed by Trenton on September 7, 2026. The listed facilities include the pool and spa, fitness and movement spaces, sports courts, and Vue 232′ Bar & Grille. Ask for current hours, reservation procedures and the activity calendar. A community taking shape
New homes and quick move-ins remain advertised. The builder’s disclosure anticipates continued construction after residents move in. Visit the specific street to understand nearby work, access and surroundings. The CDD’s North Parcel documents describe phased development. View official source ↗

Room to keep moving
A look inside the Vista Club fitness center. Ask for the current class schedule and access details.

Meet you on the court
Pickleball and tennis at Del Webb Minneola. Check reservations, open play, and guest policies during your visit.
Start with an ordinary week
When you tour, picture a Tuesday rather than only a special event. Try the walk from a potential homesite to the clubhouse. Ask whether beginner and experienced players have separate court sessions. Check how classes are scheduled, whether there are added fees, and how a new resident joins a club.
The builder lists social activities such as fitness classes, games and clubs. A published list is not a guarantee that a particular group meets every week. Ask the lifestyle team which activities are currently running and whether guest participation needs a reservation.
Open versus planned: our approach
The amenity center is open. We do not label every feature in a marketing rendering as individually operational. The supplied builder sheet also lists a community garden, trails, terraces and gathering areas; check access and any work affecting these spaces during your visit. We have not verified an opening date for any additional future amenity. Nearby proposed commercial development is separate from the open clubhouse.
What 55+ means here
The community addendum requires at least one resident age 55 or older. It reserves a limited under-55 exception at the declarant’s discretion; eligibility is not guaranteed. For people under 18, the addendum limits occupancy to no more than 21 total days in any 60-day period and 30 days in any 12-month period. Separate amenity rules may apply to minors.
HUD’s 80% threshold concerns a community’s qualification for the older-persons exemption. It does not give every under-55 buyer a right to purchase or live here. Have the association confirm your household’s eligibility and current rules in writing. View official source ↗

A few practical details
The supplied addendum says street parking is prohibited, various vehicles must be kept in the garage, pets must be registered, and exterior changes require approval. Its pet limit is three per lot. Review the complete current rules for your situation, including any applicable accommodations; this page is a summary, not a replacement for the governing documents.
The gates are access-control devices. The contract does not guarantee staffing or security. Lawn and irrigation maintenance are described as association responsibilities, while owners pay irrigation usage and may bear certain replacement costs. See the ownership-cost guide.
