When you request help
Forms collect your name and email, optional phone number, request type, and home-match answers when applicable. You choose whether to provide a phone number. Submitting a request asks Trenton to respond to that request; it is not consent to automated calls, marketing texts or a newsletter.
We use FormSubmit to route form information to trenton@foundyourflorida.com. The service may process technical information needed for delivery and abuse prevention. Do not submit financial account numbers, identity documents or other sensitive records through these forms. Information is used to respond and help with your search, with access limited to the business and its service providers as needed.
Campaign attribution and browser storage
For submitted inquiries, the site includes available campaign labels and advertising click identifiers in the private notification so Trenton can understand how you found the guide. It keeps these in session storage for the visit. It does not store your contact form fields in browser storage. A non-identifying submission marker prevents duplicate conversion events.
Analytics choices
Analytics is currently inactive while this new site’s destinations are being configured. If enabled, the site asks before loading optional Google measurement. You can change that choice below. Contact information and questionnaire text are not sent in analytics events. Measurement uses approved page paths without query strings and excludes incoming referrer URLs.
Interactive floor plans
Opening a floor-plan viewer connects to Zonda’s builder-provided service. That embedded service may process technical information or cookies under its own policies. No contact information or questionnaire answers are passed to it by this website. The viewer is loaded only when you choose to open it.
Scheduling and external links
Loading the appointment calendar connects to Calendly. Information you enter there is processed by Calendly under its own privacy policy. The calendar has separate cookie controls. Visiting builder, map, government and other linked websites is subject to those sites’ policies.
Retention and requests
We retain inquiries as needed to respond and support the business relationship, subject to applicable recordkeeping requirements. Contact Trenton to ask about a particular inquiry or request deletion. Essential service records may need to be retained. This website is intended for adult home researchers.
