Stardom and Stellar are larger one-story options in Del Webb Minneola's Echelon collection. Their published starting prices are relatively close, which makes it especially important to compare the selected layouts and full quotes. A small difference in base price does not establish a small difference between two finished homes.
Establish the published comparison
On September 7, 2026, the Stardom listing shows a starting price of $661,990 and 2,269-plus square feet. The Stellar listing shows $671,990 and 2,483-plus square feet, with three bedrooms and a three-to-four-bathroom range. Both are shown as one-story plans. That is a $10,000 base-price difference and 214 square feet between the published starting areas.
The builder's Stardom page has shown differing bathroom information in different sections. Confirm the exact room schedule with the selected drawing and written specification rather than relying on a headline count. Garage configurations also need confirmation for the particular home and lot.
Compare privacy during an overnight visit
Trace the route from each guest bedroom to a bathroom and to the kitchen. Ask whether someone waking early would pass the primary bedroom or a workspace. Consider where luggage would stay during a longer visit and whether guests can keep personal items out of the shared living area.
Then evaluate the home without guests. A guest-focused layout should still work for the people living there most of the year. A room used only a few nights annually has a different value from a daily hobby room or quiet office.
Test the garage and outdoor arrangement
Use the Stardom interactive plan and Stellar interactive plan to inspect the options offered by the builder's viewer. A garage label alone cannot establish that two vehicles, bicycles and a cart fit with usable door clearance. Request dimensions and verify which arrangement can be built on the homesite you prefer.
For outdoor living, identify furniture placement, circulation and the relationship between interior seating and the lanai. Confirm the selected doors and outdoor features in the quote; model images can show optional work.
Compare a complete pair of quotes
Ask for both homes with the same finish allowance, required features and comparable homesite assumptions. Keep closing expenses and recurring ownership costs visible beside the purchase price. This makes a useful decision possible: which home solves your actual room, storage and hosting needs at a total you are comfortable carrying? The published price gap is a starting question, not the answer.
